A lighter-touch executive advisory retainer for CEOs, founders, and PE operating partners who need a trusted thought partner at the ELT or board level but do not need full embedded leadership. Ideal as a continuation of a Fractional CGO engagement or as a standalone relationship.

Typical scope:

Monthly or weekly executive sessions, board prep, strategic review of growth initiatives, informal on-call access for high-stakes decisions, and introductions across your network. 

Engagement structure: 

Monthly retainer, typically 4-12 hours per month, 3 to 12 month engagement window aligned to hold period milestones.
